Q: After turning in my application with proof of income and screening fee how long do I have to wait before I am approved or denied?
A: Two days is the average wait to receive screening results.
Q: What are the lease terms?
A: We have a 6 month lease. Once the lease is up you have an option to renew or opt for month to month.
Q: Can you go over move in fees?
A: At move in you would pay the first full month’s rent plus security deposit (if deposit not paid earlier)
Q: How do I pay rent, and how are late fees assessed?
A: Rent can be paid by check or money order to the office, or online at (link for online payment)
Q: What’s your pet policy?
A: We do not allow pets on our properties.
Q: What’s included in the rent?
A: Residents are responsible for all utilities.
Q: How are emergency repairs taken care of?
A: We encourage all tenants to use the tenant portal to submit all repairs. If you are do not have access to a computer or the internet you can either visit the property management onsite.
Q: What is the parking situation?
A: At most of our properties each home is reserved one parking space.
Q: How far in advance do I need to give notice before I move?
A: We require a 30 day notice in OR and a 20 day notice in WA
